US President Obama authorizes airstrikes against ISIL in Iraq

Category : Uncategorized

Friday, August 8, 2014

United States President Barack Obama appeared in the State Dining Room at the White House Thursday night saying he was authorizing two operations in Iraq against the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) insurgency. They were launched to help religious minorities who are trapped on a mountain without food and water that are “facing almost certain death,” according to Obama.

The first operation is targeted airstrikes against ISIL, and the second operation is to provide humanitarian aid to those trapped on the mountain. Regarding the airstrikes Obama said, “We intend to stay vigilant, and take action if these terrorist forces threaten our personnel or facilities anywhere in Iraq, including our consulate in Erbil and our embassy in Baghdad.” He added, “We’re also providing urgent assistance to Iraqi government and Kurdish forces so they can more effectively wage the fight against ISIL.”

In regards to the humanitarian aid operation, which had already started before Obama made the announcement, he said, “Second, at the request of the Iraqi government — we’ve begun operations to help save Iraqi civilians stranded on the mountain.” He continued saying, “Already, American aircraft have begun conducting humanitarian airdrops of food and water to help these desperate men, women and children survive.”

I will not allow the United States to be dragged into fighting another war in Iraq.

Obama empathized that ground troops will not be returning to Iraq saying, “As Commander-in-Chief, I will not allow the United States to be dragged into fighting another war in Iraq. And so even as we support Iraqis as they take the fight to these terrorists, American combat troops will not be returning to fight in Iraq, because there’s no American military solution to the larger crisis in Iraq.” Currently, there are 700 US soldiers in Iraq, mostly there to guard the US embassy and the international airport in Baghdad, facilities in Erbil, and to assess the capabilities of the Iraqi military.

The humanitarian airdrops were undertaken by “a C-17 Globemaster III and two C-130 Hercules airlifters escorted by [F/A-18] Super Hornets,” according to the Department of Defense.

According to a statement sent out by Rear Admiral John Kirby, the Pentagon’s press secretary, “Two F/A-18 aircraft dropped 500-pound laser-guided bombs on a mobile artillery piece near Erbil. ISIL was using this artillery to shell Kurdish forces defending Erbil where U.S. personnel are located,” early Friday morning.

How To Do Highlights

by

Beauty Stop Online

Some of the necessary tools you will need for applying highlights are:

Cape: A cape is very important to keep bleach from ruining your clothes.

Bowl & Tint Brush: Mix your lightener and developer in a bowl with a tint brush

Pre Cut Foils: I recommend pre-cutting your foils which helps reduce the time of the entire highlight process. I also recommend purchasing a highlighting board which helps create leverage when applying product to hair. In addition, it helps highlighting long hair a bit more manageable. Set the foil at the top of the board and fold over about an inch at the edge. Place the weaved or sliced section of the hair right over the foil, tightly press the board right up against the scalp and apply product. Please dont apply the product heavily to the root area, this may cause bleeding which is not pretty and will need to be fixed.

Lightener and Developer: Choose a lightener suitable for the hair along with the appropriate developer

Rat Tail Comb: A rat tail comb is used to section the hair when highlighting. The two most popular ways to highlight hair are a slice or a weave. For a more natural look try weaving. Weaving is achieved when you slice a thin section of hair, lift up and weave in and out with the tail comb releasing the hair that doesnt belong. The term Slicing is defined as using the rat tail comb to section a thin slice of hair and highlight the whole slice. It provides a more dramatic look. If you want a thicker or chunkier result than I recommend slicing two sections back to back in foils. This means slice one parting and instead of leaving hair out in between foils, slice another right after the other foil. Remember the more back to back slices, the chunkier the outcome. Dont ever try to highlight a thick section of hair, trust me it will be nothing but trouble.

Water Bottle: A water bottle can be used if you accidentally get lightener on hair that is not meant to be highlighted. Water slows down and dilutes the lightening process. Once foils are applied, I would go back and lift all foils making sure that no lightener has leaked out. If you see lightener seeping out, then saturate with water and wipe with towel. If you notice the first foils you started application at are done before the back foils, then open the foil and squirt them with water. Dont soak them, but mist them. This will slow down and stop the process to help avoid any over highlighted and damaged hair.

Clips: Clips will help you keep the hair organized by holding hair out of the way when weaving or slicing.

If its your first time highlighting then I highly recommend practicing with conditioner. Highlighting is not easy and you can really mess up someones hair if its not done correctly. So take a few minutes and really study where you want the foils to be placed. Its better to be safe than sorry.

Preparation:

Use a good clarifying shampoo and conditioner a few days before you highlight. This removes any traces of hair care products so your hair will take the highlight better.

Dont wash your hair a day or two before the highlighting process because a small amount of natural hair oil helps protect your hair from chemical damage.

Brush your hair thoroughly right before you highlight because tangles may make it difficult to apply highlights and might affect the outcomes.

It is also a good idea to do a test procedure with a thin piece of hair and a small amount of highlighting mixture. Wait a few minutes to check for any adverse effects or damage to your hair. If everything tests okay and you are happy with the color, then you can proceed with the highlighting process.

Lastly, a few application tips:

Start in the back of the head.

Leave out hair in between foils.

Dont over highlight the hair.

To speed up the process, you can heat the foils up with a hair dryer.

To prevent chemical damage, continually check the hair in the foils. Set a timer for every 3-5 minutes.

Highlights using a Cap

Place the cap on your head and pull it down snugly.

Using the hook, puncture the designated holes in the cap starting as close to your front hair line as possible. Come in at a slight angle for best results.

For thin highlights that generally blend in, pull out thin sections of hair. Do this by not allowing the hook to penetrate your hair deeply. If you want thick bold highlights pull large sections by going deeper into your hair.

Continue to pull out the desired amount of strands of hair.

Once all the hair is pulled through the cap, using your protective gloves, prepare the highlighting mixture.

Coat all the pulled out sections thoroughly and use your fingers in a lathering motion to be sure no hair is missed.

Set timer for the designated processing time.

Once the time is up remove the cap and rinse your hair thoroughly. Avoid shampooing your hair as the cuticle of the hair is still slightly open. Washing may prematurely remove or fade your new hair highlights. Instead rinse very well and apply a conditioner to seal the cuticle and moisturize the hair shaft.

Towel dry and finish with a hair dryer.

New Zealand government denies financial assistance for Overlander

Category : Uncategorized

Monday, September 25, 2006

The New Zealand government today has announced that they will not provide financial assistance to the Overlander train service between Auckland and Wellington, which is set to stop service on September 30, if no assistance is forthcoming. ONTRACK will retain the North Island main trunk line, while looking for tourism operators to start a tourist rail service.

Trevor Mallard, acting Finance Minister, said: “In making this decision… Cabinet recognised that there was no prospect of the current Overlander service becoming commercially viable. It was not a fuel-efficient operation and at an average passenger rate of 50 passengers each way per day, it was used by relatively few people.”

It is cheaper and faster to travel either by bus or plane rather than the 12-hour train journey. “The fares already overlap with airfares, and the reality is that the service is just not well-used. It can not compete with low-priced air travel and coaches. Cabinet considered the regional implications of ceasing the Overlander service and accepted that the current bus services run by the InterCity Group met the needs of those communities,” Mallard said.

There has been numerous petitions from the public and from the Green Party of New Zealand to continue the Overlander train service, including one petition signed by 16,000 people presented at the Parliament Buildings on September 14, 2006. “While there have been a number of propositions about retaining the Overlander service, all of the propositions would require government funding in one form or another,” said Mallard.

Mallard said that the government will only support rail services if it significantly benefitted the community.

The Government estimates that financial assistance to the Overlander train service would cost NZ$1.75 million a year.

“Finally, the government does recognise and value the importance of a viable and efficient rail network in New Zealand’s transport infrastructure. This was a critical factor in the government’s decision to buy the rail network back from Tranz Rail. The government has also committed $200 million to upgrade the national rail network between 2004/05 and 2007/08. A further $600 million has been provided to upgrade the Auckland rail network between 2005/06 and 2009/10.”

Ryanair sue Associated Newspapers, Mirror Group

Category : Uncategorized

Saturday, August 17, 2013

Irish budget airline Ryanair have added newspaper publishers Associated Newspapers and Mirror Group to their legal targets in a High Court defamation action filed yesterday in Dublin that also targets Channel 4.

The move confirms the carrier’s expression of intent to sue Channel 4 after the UK broadcaster screened Secrets of the Cockpit, a documentary about safety at the airline, on Monday night. Part of the Dispatches series, the show reported on an incident in Spain last year where three Ryanair jets declared fuel emergencies after being diverted to Valencia. Fuel policy was a strong focus for the documentary.

Pilots interviewed for the programme said they felt pressured to save fuel, the cost of which has hit Ryanair’s profits. The Spanish Air Authority described Ryanair flights usually landing with a bare minimum of fuel, in a report the airline dismissed as “manifestly inaccurate and factually untrue”.

Ryanair have also sacked veteran pilot John Goss for appearing on the show, the only pilot interviewed who did not seek anonymity. Ryanair have stated intent to sue Goss and claim he confirmed in the weeks before the show that he had no issues with his employer’s safety. Goss is a member of Ryanair Pilots Group (RPG), which the airline call a union front.

Channel 4 previously promised when threatened with legal action to see Ryanair in court. “We stand by our journalism, and will robustly defend proceedings if they are initiated,” a spokesperson said. The Belfast Telegraph was also sued but the action has been dropped after the Northern Irish publication issued an apology. The paper had published a story titled “Are budget airlines like Ryanair putting passengers at risk?”.

Associated Newspapers are behind The Daily Mail and its online and Sunday variants. Mirror Group publish The Daily Mirror, its Sunday sister, and The People.

Secrets of the Cockpit also examined an RPG poll of 1,000 Ryanair flight crew, dismissed by the airline as part of unionisation efforts. According to the RPG survey almost 90% of respondents said the safety culture was nontransparent. Two-thirds said they felt uncomfortable raising safety issues, with a pilot interviewed by Channel 4 accusing Ryanair of “threats and bullying”. Ryanair had told pilots anybody signing a “so-called safety petition” might be dismissed.

Over 90% of those surveyed wanted a regulatory inquiry, with RPG saying the survey results were passed to the airline and the Irish Aviation Authority (IAA). The IAA has already called the programme a “misguided attack” on Ryanair, saying “Ryanair Plc fully complies with all European and international regulations in all areas of its operations”.

We have been instructed to vigorously prosecute these libel proceedings

The IAA itself was accused of failing to respond to concerns from Ryanair pilots and one interviewee said his “personal belief is that the majority of Ryanair pilots do not have confidence in the safety agencies and that is a pretty critical issue”. The authority responded “The IAA has responded to personal letters and reports from Ryanair pilots, this included several meetings and face-to-face interviews with pilots and their legal and professional representatives.”

Ryanair makes heavy use of zero-hour contracts, which do not guarantee work and which the Irish Airline Pilots’ Association describe as offering some of aviation’s worst employment conditions. RPG chairman Evert van Zwol, also a recent Dutch Airline Pilots Association president, said zero-hour contracts tended to make pilots choose to fly when unwell and keep quiet if they had safety concerns. In 2005 a Polish Ryanair pilot became lost near Rome a few days after attending his son’s funeral, while his Dutch co-pilot was seeing his first experience of navigating severe weather.

In the 2005 incident air traffic control intervened to keep the flight safe from midair collisions. The Polish pilot told Italian investigators he feared losing his job if he took extra time off work. The investigation concluded in 2009 he had been unfit to fly. Ryanair denied he would have been fired for taking time off to recover.

Secrets of the Cockpit also reported that in twelve separate serious incidents data from cockpit voice recorders had been wiped before investigators could access it, which the carrier says is a common occcurrence in aviation and attributed to pilot error.

In Sweden a report into a Ryanair emergency landing concluded this week an airline employee wiped the cockpit voice recorder and flight data recorder to prevent the investigation accessing them. The aircraft had returned to an airport near Stockholm shortly after takeoff suffering electrical malfunctions. Ryanair reject the Swedish Accident Investigation Authority’s take on the missing data, telling newspaper Södermanlands Nyheter recordings were reset by a technician trying to repair the aircraft after consultation with Ryanair’s technical department, who did not think the recordings needed saving.

Ryanair, which has never suffered a fatal accident, says the documentary is “false and defamatory”, and the IAA says it is “based upon false and misleading information”. “We have been instructed to vigorously prosecute these libel proceedings,” said a statement from Ryanair’s lawyers, who promised “other litigation is pending”.

Tuesday, April 25, 2006

Buffalo, New York —Attorney Arthur J. Giacalone has filed a lawsuit in New York Supreme Court against the city of Buffalo‘s Common Council and Planning board, alleging that the proposed Elmwood Village Hotel was approved “without giving meaningful consideration to either the impact on the adjoining residential neighborhood, or the unique character of this section of Elmwood Avenue.” Giacalone is representing Nancy Pollina and Patricia Morris, who operate the Don Apparel (a vintage clothing and collectibles shop at 1119 Elmwood Avenue), Angeline Genovese and Evelyn Bencinich, owners of residences on Granger Place which abut the rear of the proposed site, Nina Freudenheim, a resident of nearby Penhurst Park, and Sandra Girage, the owner of a two-family residence on Forest Avenue less than a hundred feet from the proposed hotel’s sole entrance and exit driveway.

The Elmwood Village Hotel is a 72-room, seven-million-dollar hotel proposed by Savarino Construction Services Corporation and designed by architect Karl Frizlen of the Frizlen Group. Its construction would require the demolition of at least five buildings, currently at 1109-1121 Elmwood, which house several shops and residents. Although the properties are “under contract,” it is still not known whether Savarino Construction actually owns the buildings. It is believed that Hans Mobius, a resident of Clarence, New York and former Buffalo mayoral candidate, is still the owner. The hotel is expected to be a franchise of the Wyndham Hotels group.

The lawsuit, filed in State Supreme Court, is seeking annulment of the City of Buffalo’s rezoning and site plan approvals for the hotel.

“Had the Common Council members complied with State law and waited to receive comments from the County’s planning agency, they would have been obliged to address the County’s concerns regarding the replacement of former residential buildings with ‘a much larger commercial structure’, the health effects of placing a 55-vehicle parking area next to existing homes, and the absence of a traffic study to assess the likelihood that the project would add ‘considerable congestion’ to the Elmwood/Forest intersection,” said Giacalone.

“The four-story hotel will overshadow the neighboring homes and backyards, impacting quality of life and property values. Equally as important, the project will displace a unique and diverse group of businesses that have served nearby college students and Buffalo’s arts and theater community for many years, and replace them with upscale retail establishments that will cater, not to local residents, but to affluent tourists and business travelers,” added Giacalone.

On March 22, 2006 the city’s Common Council approved the rezoning for the proposed hotel and on March 28, the Planning board approved the design and site plan of the hotel.

The lawsuit, entitled Pollina et al. v. Common Council of the City of Buffalo et al., [Index No. I-2006-3885], has been assigned to the Honorable Rose H. Sconiers, and is scheduled for oral argument at 9:30 A.M. on Thursday June 8, 2006.

The Changing Face Of Human Resource Management

Category : Workplace Policy

By Andrea Watkins

The rapid and ground-breaking developments in technology and globalization and the development of a knowledge-based economy over the past few decades have necessitated tremendous, concomitant changes in the human resources (HR) space.

The role of HR management has changed significantly in the modern business context. What was better known as Industrial Relations/Personnel a few decades ago began to be called HR, and is today becoming better known as Human Capital Management (HCM). This, however, is not merely a change in euphemism for the department that manages employee-related issuesit is representative of a significant metamorphosis, or evolution, of the HR function into an entity that is increasingly being considered a strategic part of organizational development and success. The previous HR focus on process and administration of the organization has now shifted to employee engagement and obtaining the most effective performance from employees. Thus, enhancing human capital is the future face of HCM.

The most significant factor that has contributed to this change is the transformation of the nature of work itself. Over the span of just a few generations, society has moved from being largely agrarian to industrial to knowledge-based. Thus, from a requirement for manual skills, we have moved to the need for knowledge (the sum total of a person’s experience, education and expertise).

Let us define the HR executives of the futurethey need to be proactive handlers of the global talent pool, knowledge experts on talent sources, coaches to the organization on linking business outcomes to human capabilities, managers of organizational partnerships (outsourcers), facilitators of organizational transparency to all stakeholders and teachers to incoming talent (which means that they are likely to themselves be highly educated individuals). In this process of evolution, as HR executives increasingly become facilitators and strategists, what are the skill sets and competencies they need to take to the next level?

The growing need for HR to be more versatile and qualified than their counterparts of a few decades ago is reflected in an increase in the number of HR-related degrees being offered by universitiesfull-time, part-time, distance education and online courses in subjects such as MBA with concentration in Human Resources Management or in Organizational Behavior, M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and M.S. in Human Resources Development/Management. Currently, 318 U.S. universities/colleges offer programs in various aspects of HR education, of which 67 offer a doctoral program. The number of bachelor’s degrees awarded in human resource management in the U.S. increased by 88% between 1987-88 and 2003-04 (total number of degrees increased by 41%), while the master’s degrees increased by 276% (total number of degrees increased by 87%), and doctorates by 125% (total number of degrees increased by 39%). This means that the need for higher levels of education is clearly recognized.

At the same time, mere knowledge about HR processes and functions, although essential, is not enough. The application of this knowledge to increase productivity and tie employees’ capabilities to the performance of the organization is also not enough. What the HR executive now needs encompasses these competencies and moves beyond them to the crucial components for successa comprehensive understanding of the business processes of the organization (including the financial aspects), a grasp of emerging technologies that they can use to their advantage, a thorough knowledge of the stakeholders’ and investors’ needs, the ability to identify market trends that might affect the organization, the skills to make accurate predictions about future HR requirements (including the ability to assess the best fit for a job) and the ability to weed out or re-channel the competencies of poor performers. Added to all these factors now is the critical need to develop a global outlook as many organizations now span many countries and time zones, in addition to having an increasingly diverse workforce. Understanding what makes the latter tick and how to handle them is a crucial factor in the endeavor to extract the best possible performance from them.

The other challenge for HR practitioners is the perception that they need to pay more attention to metricsand these must be the right kind, not those tracked merely for the sake of measurement. Key metrics that have been suggested, in addition to those that traditionally measure performance and efficiency, are those based on employees’ assessments of how well an organization is doing in meeting their requirements, based on the premise that they will provide a foundation for measuring and managing an organization’s human capital advantage. The next step is analyzing these metrics with a view to improvement where there is a perceived shortfall, and then actually implementing the improvements.

In his book “Winning,” Jack Welch made the controversial statement that Human Resources in an organization needs to be elevated to a position of substantial power, possibly equal in importance to the CFO. This might sound heretical, but could quite possibly be the way of the future. After all, 60 70% of organizational spending comprises people-related costs, and sheer economics should dictate that HR be an important force in the organization. Furthermore, research has proved beyond doubt that HR really does make a difference to business outcomes. As HR evolves into a more strategic role, it will be able to have a greater say in where the organization is going.

In the long run, successful strategy implementation requires total alignment of the technical system, the social system, and the business process systemand HR is the function that can optimize this. Aligning employees and their knowledge and expertise in tandem with the tools and systems they use with the organization’s vision, goals and business strategy is the new role HR needs to play. For this, they need to attain the fine balance between the competencies mentioned above and their own instincts, honed by experience and gut feel. Although this is far from simple, it can be done, with phenomenal results for your http://www.kenexa.com/ : talent management strategy.

The business world is changing and adapting even as we read thiscan HR keep up? With new strategies for http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Performance_management : performance management and new technologies in HR software the answer has to be yes.

Wikinews interviews former Salt Lake City mayor and 2012 presidential candidate Rocky Anderson

Category : Uncategorized

Wednesday, December 21, 2011

Former Salt Lake City mayor and human rights activist Rocky Anderson took some time to discuss his 2012 U.S. presidential campaign and the newly-created Justice Party with Wikinews reporter William S. Saturn.

Anderson served as mayor of Salt Lake City for eight years (2000–2008) as a member of the Democratic Party. During his tenure, he enacted proposals to reduce the city’s carbon emissions, reformed its criminal justice system, and positioned it as a leading sanctuary for refugees. After leaving office, Anderson grew critical of the Democratic Party’s failure to push for impeachment against President George W. Bush, and for not reversing policies on torture, taxes, and defense spending. He left the party earlier this year and announced that he would form a Third party.

Anderson officially established the Justice Party last week during a press conference in Washington D.C.. He proclaimed “We the people are powerful enough to end the perverse government-to-the-highest-bidder system sustained by the two dominant parties…We are here today for the sake of justice — social justice, environmental justice and economic justice.” The party promotes campaign finance reform and is attempting to appeal to the Occupy Wall Street movement. It is currently working on ballot access efforts, and will hold a Founding Convention in February 2012 in Salt Lake City.

Among other issues, Anderson discussed climate change, health care, education, and civil liberties. He detailed his successes as mayor of Salt Lake City, stressed the importance of executive experience, and expressed his views on President Barack Obama and some of the Republican Party presidential candidates. He spoke in depth about former Massachusetts governor Mitt Romney, with whom he worked during the 2002 Winter Olympics, and fellow Utahan, former governor and U.S. ambassador to China Jon Huntsman, Jr..

Manitoba’s flood creating hazardous conditions

Category : Uncategorized

Tuesday, April 14, 2009

The Red River at Winnipeg is almost clear of ice blocks and ice jamming, however there are still dangers from the Red River flood.

Ice blocks which were as high as two storey buildings were ripping out trees, fences and railway ties. “You’ll see huge pans of ice standing vertical, up to 20 feet (6 m) high,” said Steve Topping, an official with the provincial Water Stewardship Department. “Ice was shoved up on the shore and took out trees with a very devastating effect. It has changed people’s view of the river.”

“It is incredible, the force. One piece of ice pushed out of the river about 20 feet. You watch the force push this up right in front of your eyes,” said Dean North, of the Selkirk Golf and Country Club.

Royal Canadian Mounted Police are ticketing sight seers who are driving through road closure signs and approaching excavators, cranes and crews breaking up the ice. Vehicles, people, boats, and kayaks are getting in the way.

An eight year old boy is in critical condition after slipping on a culvert Thursday. He was pulled underwater by the speed of the flowing water and remained under for about five to ten minutes until adults could rescue him. The air ambulance supplied by Alberta’s STARS (Shock Trauma Air Rescue Society) remains in the city of Winnipeg, Manitoba.

“This is not a spectator sport. It’s not about getting the best pictures for the family albums. I know floods are seen as a bit of an event, but some of the instances I’m hearing about, people should give their head a shake, they really should,” said Steve Ashton Manitoba Emergency Measures Minister, “Those who fall into the river or get into trouble in another way would be not only endangering themselves but the emergency response crews trying to rescue them. I don’t want to see a situation … where we’re trying our darndest to prevent flooding and save lives and somebody [who] decides to go have a white-water experience ends up killing themselves.”

Early Easter Sunday morning floodwater reached the rural municipalities of St. Andrews and St. Clements north of Winnipeg. Residents were sent an evacuation advisory Good Friday, however some residents remained. Rescue efforts commenced Saturday night to find those stranded and unable to leave as their vehicles cannot travel in the swollen overland floodwaters. Some people were rescued from roof tops as entire houses were swept off of their foundations by the large ice blocks hurtling down the river.

Highways in the area remain closed. Neil Gobelle, of Manitoba Infrastructure and Transportation said to “definitely continue to watch the Red River Valley and north of the city up in the Selkirk area. Things are changing quite a bit, quite quickly, so we’ll keep an eye on those areas.”

As of Easter Sunday, Winnipeg is expected to be ice free on the Red River. The River rose 4 feet (1 m) in the course of 24 hours. Rain is in the forecast and the higher temperatures of 17 °C (62.6 °F) will cause melting of snow and ice.

A weather system caused by La Niña is being watched by the United States National Weather Service and its potential effects between April 16-18 for residents along the Red River Valley. “We want people to be aware there is a very real possibility of the river going higher than what is out there,” said Mark Ewens, data manager at the NWS, “To have spring floods like this back-to-back is just an unfortunate series of events that have come along to plague us this spring. We’re wanting people to understand that this is a potentially serious problem.”

Wheel Chair Exercising For Disabled}

Category : Disability

Submitted by: Ashish Jain

Disability is one of the worst evils that occur with people today. Present in any form, it makes life miserable. Situation is even worse when people suffer disability in their lower limbs. For life long, they are dependent on wheelchairs for their mobility. Ask them and they will tell you how restless and annoying it feels when you are wheels ridden. Wherever you go, this dead, lifeless iron structure follows you.

When there is no movement in the body, it tends to get rigid. Therefore, it becomes important for you to make your body moving, while sitting on the wheelchair itself. To achieve this, you can practice a set of exercises. This can be done very easily, if you follow the wheel chair exercising pattern. Wheel chair exercising should therefore become an important part of your daily exercising regime.

Wheel chair exercising helps you build in yourself impeccable strength and confidence. It also makes your body quite flexible by initiating more mobility in your body parts.
